Soil

this is big mix with sand, glay and tonmergel

Tasting notes

A pale yellow-green color indicates the Riesling's leading lime and citrus blossom aromas that remain on the palate with a firm structure and a dry, mineral finish.

Food pairings

Best served as an aperitif or as a traditional pairing with German sausages and saurkraut as well as knuckle with ground mustard. A Riesling certain to perform well when paired with white fish or shelfish.
